The latest offering through the city’s housing lotteries, the units are located at 303 Stanhope Street, less than a block from the DeKalb Avenue L train station and, come the shutdown, just a seven-minute walk to the Knickerbocker Avenue M train station.
Qualifying New Yorkers can apply for the affordable units at 303 Stanhope Street beginning tomorrow, August 10, until August 31, 2016. Complete details on how to apply are available here (pdf). Questions regarding this offer must be referred to NYC’s Housing Connect department by dialing 311.
